Booking Policy
To book a tee time reservation online or over the phone, each guest will need a Southern Hills account with full name, email, phone number and a valid credit card. *Please note a valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation, however payment will not be collected until the day of booking. At guests’ requests, the entire reservation can be charged to one or multiple credit cards at check-in. If desired, the Guest may prepay the reservation online or over the phone.
Check-In Policy
All golfers must check in with the Pro Shop counter staff at least 20 minutes prior to tee time. Failure to do so may result in your tee time being rescheduled. Be on the tee 10 minutes prior to your tee time. If you desire to hit some range balls and practice putts prior to your round, please allow additional time.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you need to reduce the number of players in your group or cancel your reservation, please call 651-463-4653 to speak with a member of our Pro Shop Team. Reservations canceled with at least 24-hour notice, if prepaid, at the option of the Guest, shall either receive a refund or a course credit on their Southern Hills account which can be used on any future date. To redeem this course credit, please call to book your tee time. A group reduction or cancellation with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the published rack rates. In the event we resell that time, a course credit will be issued for the resold amount (upon request). No-Shows will be charged the published rack rates.
Inclement Weather Policy
If it is determined by Southern Hills Golf Course that the course is unplayable due to inclement weather, a course credit will be issued on your Southern Hills customer account based upon the number of holes un-played. This course credit will be available to apply towards your next round.
